Bio
Richelle Zischke was born in Kentucky (Go Cats!!) and worked as a pediatric nurse for 4 years before moving to Michigan. There she started as a pediatric ICU nurse, but during her pregnancy and birth of her first son, decided she wanted to transition to the world of labor and delivery. She served as a labor and delivery nurse for a year and loved being part of watching a woman transition to the role of mother and being an advocate for her during this time. She decided to return to school and earned her master's degree in nurse midwifery from Frontier Nursing University in 2016.
Richelle is certified by the American Midwifery Credentialing Board and believes that empowering women and educating them is an important part of being a midwife. Watching a woman transition into motherhood is one of her greatest joys.
Richelle relocated to Georgia with her family in 2020 and joined the Peachtree Women's Clinic family this year! Richelle resides in Paulding County with her 2 children and when she's not working, she loves being outdoors with her family and traveling.
